EOS AB is the Group’s parent company and is headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden. EOS (Cyprus) Ltd is a subsidiary of EOS AB and is located in Limassol, Cyprus. All investments are conducted exclusively via the subsidiary, which holds the complete investment portfolio of EOS.

The Board of Directors of EOS (Cyprus) Ltd consists of six members and make all investment decisions. The Board of Directors of EOS (Cyprus) Ltd are responsible for investment decisions that are conducted following recommendations from an external advisor.
